Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Alton, Hampshire
Salary: £27,000 + £150 car allowance per month + 1.2% of department income (OTE £35,000)
About the Role:Our client, a well-established and growing property management company, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team in Alton, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high level of service for landlords and tenants alike.
Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Oversee tenancy renewals, inspections, and property maintenance issues.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests and repairs.
Conduct regular property visits and provide detailed reports to landlords.
Handle deposit disputes and ensure compliance with relevant tenancy deposit schemes.
Liaise with accounts to ensure rent payments are up to date.
Stay up to date with industry legislation and ensure full compliance.
Requirements:Previous experience in residential property management is essential.
Strong knowledge of property legislation and regulations.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Benefits:Competitive base salary of £27,000.
£150 per month car allowance.
