Location: Kent

Package: £20,000 - £24,000 plus day release for University

Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor based in Kent who are renowned for working on a variety of projects including Residential, Education, Commercial and more.

As the Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you would be working for a company that would give you every opportunity to develop and learn.

Responsibilities

Assist Senior Quantity Surveyor managing several projects

Measurement and valuation of works - on site and from drawings

Preparation of interim valuations

Cost Value Reconciliations

Subcontract procurement

Payments, variations and final accounts

Requirements

An individual who is finance savvy and keen to learn.

Team player

Good communications skills.

Someone who keen to progress over the years.
