Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Department to lead our clients Commercial Property team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a proven track record of managing teams, developing client relationships, and driving departmental growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Commercial Property team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior lawyers and support staff.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the department's growth and profitability.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored legal solutions.
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality legal services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-selling opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
* Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the efficient operation of the team.
* Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legislation to provide informed advice to clients and team members.
* Participate in business development activities, including networking, presentations, and writing articles.

Qualifications & Experience Needed:
* Minimum of 5 years PQE in Commercial Property
* Proven leadership and team management experience.
* Strong business development acumen with a track record of client relationship management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A proactive and strategic mindset, with a focus on achieving results.
