We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing sales data, creating impactful presentations, and providing actionable insights to the Senior Sales Team. Your ability to transform data into strategic recommendations will be vital in driving sales initiatives forward.

Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum

Type: 12-month FTC

Location: Reading

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and collate key performance data and transfer into readable data
Analyse sales data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement
Create visually engaging presentations for internal meetings, highlighting key insights and recommendations
Collaborate with sales leaders to understand their needs and support them with relevant data and analysis
Assist in the development of sales strategies and action plans based on data-driven insights
Support the implementation of sales processes and tools to improve efficiency
Manage and control the sales team's budget, proactively suggesting cost efficient ideas
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales operations

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role
High level of numeracy, with exceptional attention to detail
Strong presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint or similar software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
