We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our Sports London and Ludo team, focusing primarily on our social media strategy and content creation.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for a proactive coordinator to join our marketing team, who is as mad about creating all things brave, bold and beautiful as we are. Working in a fast-paced environment, where no day is ever the same, you must be proactive, enthusiastic and open to all sorts of new and exciting ideas.

The ideal candidate will be:

• A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, inspiring teams to bring campaigns to life (no matter how wacky!)
• Bonkers about food & drink
• An eye for design & creativity- photography/ InDesign/ photoshop skills a bonus!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Social media experience- channel management and content generation
• PR experience/ working with PR agencies
• Analytical capabilities- able to commercially analyse the impact of marketing activity
• Skilled in organising and completing work efficiently, accurately and to agreed deadlines
• Ideally retail/ hospitality/ agency background

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all Sport social media channels, including scheduling of content, content creation, reporting and team updates.
• Coordinate and manage content creation across platforms, combining self-produced content, professional shoots, influencers, UGC, and third-party creators.
• Monitor and react to trends to maximise engagement and brand visibility.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with venue teams, ensuring effective communication between central marketing and local teams.
• Play an integral role in the ideation, development, and delivery of the annual marketing calendar.
• Support in delivery of email campaigns (copy writing for the weekly Sport London/Ludo newsletter).
• Growth in social media following, engagement, and click-through rates.
• Increase in email subscriptions driven by social media campaigns.
