The Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations and leading a dedicated team covering: hand assembly, warehouse, packaging and dispatch, your task will be to introduce structural and cultural change, change outmoded ways of thinking, drive continuous improvement, encourage open communication and lead a 25 strong team in the pursuit of operational excellence.

"Hands on" Operations professional, with experience of hand assembly and warehouse operations

Demonstrable track record of introducing positive change, creating lean and customer focused operations.
