The role is a 1:1 support role, you will be supporting a pupil who has autism and who's non-verbal. Ideally, the EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant would have a good understanding of phonics and if the EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant knows PECS & Makaton, that would be brilliant.
