Think Property and Surveying are delighted to be working with a public sector estates team who are looking to appoint a Plumber.

The role

* You will be working as a Plumber doing planned and reactive maintenance to systems.

* Working with a range of heating systems, drainage and other water systems.

* You will be working across different areas of the estate where work is necessary - Mostly all on a static site

Requirements

* You will hold an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Plumbing and Heating.

* Driving License is required to move around the estate as work dictates

* Experience outside of a residential setting

* Salary up to £32,000 dependant on experience
