Wonderful Front of House position based in beautiful offices close to Great Portland Street tube. The team are simply delightful and they are looking for someone who is warm, friendly, engaging and capable to join this well established and delightful team.Hours are 9am to 5.30pm.Duties include:.* To meet and greet colleagues / guests* To show guests to meeting rooms when required and offer refreshments* To answer/ transfer calls and help where possible* To deal with couriers / post* To order sundries / stationery as and when required.* To help organise company events* To ensure exceptional levels of customer service at all times* General ad hoc admin support as and when required
