Edge Careers are working with a national developer to secure an experienced Land Estimator for their West Midlands region.

The role involves preparing initial viability assessments for all current and future land bids. Working closing with the land, commercial and pre-construction team you will be ultimately responsible for preparing viability estimates covering all development/construction costs and supporting 'value engineering' exercises during the appraisal and pre-start stages.
