An established Electrcial Contractor with a longstanding reputation in the building services sector is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for an Office Fit-Out project in Central London. This involves site-based project management across multiple locations, overseeing electrical CAT A & CAT B projects valued up to £5 million.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the electrical or building services industry, with proven experience in project supervision and management. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop good relations with clients and develop repeat business noting this is a key performance indicator in our business model and is critical continued employment.
• BS 7671 qualified and experienced in all aspects of electrical installation.
• The delivery of multiple projects and small works simultaneously from inception to final account in accordance with BS7671 and all electrical installation industry required paperwork.
• Achieve an average turn over sales value of TBA / month totalling to a minimum of TBA per annum.
• To work directly for and reporting to Contracts Director.
• Retain existing and new clients by delivering high quality reliable service
