Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator - Flat Roofing Specialist

Location: London (Office-based/Hybrid)

Salary: £45,000-£65,000 (DOE)

With a strong reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction, they are expanding operations and seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor/Estimator with experience in Flat or Liquid Roofing to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for roofing projects.

* Conduct detailed quantity surveys and cost analysis.

* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather project details.

* Evaluate and negotiate agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.

* Monitor project budgets and costs throughout the construction process.

* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in the roofing sector.

* Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry trends.

* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.

* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Location:

Based near Brentwood Essex, offering hybrid work arrangements after a qualifying period
