Health & Safety Advisor

Location: Coventry

Salary: £40,000 per annum (£20,000 over the 6-month contract)

Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to go permanent)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading manufacturing business specializing in high-quality building materials. This role offers the chance to work in a forward-thinking, safety-focused environment.

The Role:

• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and legislation.
• Conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Providing advice and training to employees on H&S best practices.
• Supporting the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• NEBOSH-qualified or equivalent, with a strong background in manufacturing or similar industries.
• Experience in delivering H&S initiatives and driving cultural improvements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
