DEA - Energy Assessor

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist environmental consultancy who provide expert energy and compliance services to a nationwide client base. They are looking for an established Energy Assessor with a DEA qualification to hit the ground running for their energy team who are based in London.

Role responsibilities for a Domestic Energy Assessor include:

• Carry out site visits and deliver EPCs for residential properties
• Work alongside the DEA team and provide front-line support to client members
• Provision of technical support via phone and email communications, as well as auditing
• Begin to carry out Part L SAP assessments for construction projects

The ideal candidate will have:

• A level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor qualification through a credible accreditation scheme
• Relevant experience in an assessor role delivering EPCs for residential projects
• Having other energy assessor qualifications such as an OCDEA would be beneficial
• Previous experience in a client facing role would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
