Design Engineer sought by international manufacturer of aesthetically appealing products which enhance office working spaces in the UK and EU.

We seek a Design Engineer to work within our client's design and engineering department to develop furniture products for inhouse manufacture. The candidate must have a good knowledge of SolidWorks - some knowledge or experience of Swood or related CAM software would be very useful.

There is currently considerable investment into the wood mill with the introduction of a 5-axis CNC router to run alongside existing 3-axis nesting machines. We seek a Design Engineer with experience of preparing programs and data for such machines and with a good general knowledge of manufacturing.

Software Requirements

* SolidWorks Professional 2020 and above

* Swood CAM & Nesting (Or similar)

* Microsoft Office Suite

* Adobe Suite
