Trainee Recruitment Consultants

Are you a sales professional looking to dive into the fast-paced, dynamic world of recruitment?

* Salary: Basic up to £26K + commission (1st-year OTE £32K).

The Role

You'll start as a Resourcer, assisting experienced recruiters with:

* Searching for candidates and contacting them via phone and email.

* Calling and interviewing potential applicants, matching them to vacancies.

* Writing job descriptions, adverts, and preparing candidates for interviews.

* Generating leads and gathering market intelligence.

* Arranging interviews and supporting the recruitment process.
