- Strong knowledge of South African labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
