About the role:
Are you passionate about shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning in the early stages of education? Our lovely four-form entry school in Ealing, nestled in a beautiful Edwardian building with large, picturesque grounds, is searching for an inspiring and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our team. This part-time position is perfect for someone who values a balanced work-life dynamic while making a significant impact on young learners. As an EYFS Teacher, you will be at the forefront of guiding children through their foundational years, creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. You'll have the support of a committed Teaching Assistant, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality education tailored to the needs of each child.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within the EYFS.
• A passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering high-quality, creative, and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
• Monitoring and assessing pupils' progress, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
• Working closely with parents and guardians to support children's learning and development.
• Maintaining a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
• Contributing to the wider school community through participation in school events and initiatives.
