Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Ward Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our ward. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and supervising healthcare facilities, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective ward management.

Responsibilities

To manage the Ward catering team, ensuring all shifts are covered sufficiently at all times, discussing any changes that may be required with the Client Services Manager.
Ensure that the quality of the catering service is maintained at the required level as set out in the SLA's
To assist in the preparation and serving of all patient, visitor and staff meals at the required times to the company's standard and the clients satisfaction.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are monitored, measured and managed.A role you can feel good about.
