We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a teir 1 contractor based in Norwich. This role will involve managing day-to-day site operations, must be confident in a client facing role. ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. This will be a on going position for the correct candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Client Facing
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Supervise subcontractors and direct site staff, ensuring high-quality standards
Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Report regularly on project progress, risks, and any issues encountered

Essential Requirements:

SMSTS
CSCS Card
Strong Self Delivery 
Confident in a client facing role
Background in civils would be advantageous
