With a substantial network of branches across the country, our client supplies a range of timber and building products to the construction sector. This company has an optimistic, friendly and highly driven approach.

They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven National Account Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Executive to join their busy sales office. You must have some builders merchants experience but this could be at any level of position - yard staff, trade counter or sales of any kind. However, determination and personality are crucial with this role and you have to be confident in your approach and be a person that people want to deal with.

This role involves contact with some of the companies most prized customers who have got used to the sterling service they have received from this company and this MUST continue. Therefore you must communicate well and have really strong attention to detail. You will also be rewarded for your work with a competitive bonus scheme.

This is a very important role for our client. They don't want an order processor!! They need a proactive, hungry sales professional who's confident in their manner, great to talk to and methodical in their approach to ensure that high level of service is delivered at all times. As stated, the rewards are there!

You will interact with National customers over the phone and by email. Asking questions, finding out about the needs of the client, what materials they may require, taking quotation enquiries, developing rapport with these people and upselling where possible. You will need to be able to think on your feet and ideally demonstrate sound product knowledge when called upon.
