Sales Manager (Finance Software - Construction SME) - Position Summary:
The company is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who has experience leading teams of Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), with a proven track record of achieving both individual and team sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in selling finance software into the construction SME market.
Sales Manager (Finance Software - Construction SME) - Key Responsibilities:
- Leads and motivates a team of AEs and SDRs to achieve sales targets.
- Drives sales of finance software solutions tailored to the needs of construction SMEs.
- Develops and executes effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
- Collaborates closely with senior management to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Utilizes CRM systems to track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics.
Sales Manager (Finance Software - Construction SME) - Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within finance or accounting software.
- Track record of successfully leading teams to exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with the construction SME market and its specific sales dynamics.
- Experience managing small to medium contract values (£4,000 - £8,000).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on consultative selling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
