Job Role: On-Site Consultant (Transport)
Reports to: Senior Contract Manager
Hours: Average of 40 hours per week. Mon to Fri, with occasional weekends covering Holiday & Peaks Periods

Location: Tesco Livingston client

Introduction & Job Purpose

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an On-Site Recruitment Consultant looking to take their next step and join the team at Challenge-trg Tesco Livingston.

Working on-site in conjunction with our client, you will manage the complete candidate experience from registration right through to shift allocation for our Transport Colleagues. Working as part of an ever-growing team, you will be making sure we retain our quality staff. You will need to build a strong relationship with the client, trainers, shift manager's and our agency colleagues to meet the clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Recruitment & Induction of new agency employees
• Attend daily meetings with the client's team managers to agree requirements.
• Complete shift bookings
• Complete payroll, holiday bookings and other admin tasks

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven.
• Good understanding of Excel & Word (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships.
• Able to work in a high-pressured environment.
• Willing to learn.
• Knowledge in Transports Environment. (Preferred)
