As Head Bartender, you will be responsible for curating an exceptional bar experience, creating innovative cocktails, and leading a talented bar team. You'll bring your expertise and personality to our bar, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable drink and service experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute a creative cocktail menu, keeping up with industry trends and guest preferences.
- Lead, train, and inspire the bar team, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
- Manage stock, ordering, and inventory to ensure seamless operations.
- Engage with guests, offering personalised recommendations and an inviting atmosphere.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, keeping the bar organised and efficient.
Salary: £12.94p/h + tronc
