Key requirements needed to make you success as an Asbestos Surveyor

BOHS P402 Qualified
Experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
Strong knowledge of asbestos-related legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with survey software and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Full UK Drivers License

Responsibilities you will have as an Asbestos Surveyor

Conducting thorough asbestos surveys in accordance with HSE guidelines.
Recording accurate and detailed survey findings using digital or paper-based systems.
Assessing the condition and risk of identified asbestos materials.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of asbestos legislation, industry standards, and best practices.
Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues
