Are you organized, proactive, and dedicated? We’re looking for a School Administrator for one of our great Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage student records, attendance, and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute school communications
- Coordinate meetings, events, and activities
- Support senior leadership with administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information discreetly
- Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in education
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software
- Independent and team-oriented work style
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Empathy and patience for students with SEMH needs
