The ideal candidate would have:

· A knowledgable technical understanding of Statutory Compliance; preferably with a qualified engineering background and CIBSE membership

· Experience of managing staff, consultants, and contractors, delivering compliance assessments and remedial works

· Experience of managing a large scale programme of activity with professional project management techniques

· A demonstrated ability to track and formally report risks and progress against programme improvement targets

· The ability to work professionally within a collaborative team-culture with colleagues dealing with complex facilities challenge
