Ottolenghi is an Internationally-known family of restaurants and shops. We are looking for a superstar Head Chef for our savoury section in the Ottolenghi Production Kitchen to elevate our already established, organised, and hard working team. We are looking to grow this year and need someone who will support us in scaling up.

Do you love cooking but prefer to work behind the scenes, without the stress of service?

We have many positions open at our CPU (Central Production Unit), which provides the Ottolenghi delis and restaurants with valuable support. Here, we produce all the bagged and jarred products you find on their shelves, the pouched range of ready-to-eat meals, mise en place for the shops and more, all from scratch.

As a growing production unit, we are largely divided into Bakery and Savoury but strive to work harmoniously as a team—taking pride in each and every one of our products.

Key attributes:

• At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in professional kitchens
• Thorough understanding of following recipes and batch production
• Ability to follow precise instructions and learn quickly
• Organisation and time management crucial
