Location: The convenience of working from home with occasional office attendance required
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

As a Property Coordinator - Cladding Remediation Team at Rendall & Rittner, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive support to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across our managed properties. You will be part of a dedicated team working to maintain the highest standards of safety and well-being for all residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Health and Safety team, ensuring health and safety compliance for properties under management.
Assist in maintaining and updating compliance trackers, safety records, and documentation.
Monitor and manage health and safety project software and assist in project coordination.
Work with various teams to ensure health and safety policies are adhered to on-site.
Ensure that regular safety audits and inspections are conducted across properties.
Assist with risk assessments and follow up on actions arising from safety inspections.
Report and escalate any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate stakeholders.
Keep up to date with relevant safety regulations and the Building Safety Act.Requirements:

Proven administrative experience, ideally within property management or health and safety.
Knowledge of health and safety legislation, procedures, and best practices.
Experience with compliance tracking, safety inspections, or risk assessments is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on detail.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., compliance management systems, MS Excel).
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
A willingness to learn and stay up to date on health and safety regulations, including the Building Safety Act.
