From early planning stages through to project delivery, you will take a hands-on approach to manage each scheme, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legislation.
Key Responsibilities - Lead commercial projects from inception to completion, managing every phase with a hands-on approach
- Oversee a diverse portfolio, focusing on high-value projects across refurbishments, repairs, and new builds
- Ensure project compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Engage in business development initiatives to cultivate new client relationships and enhance firm reputation
- Provide expert advice on project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
