As Private Client Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of Wills & Probate work, including overseeing a team of solicitors, trainee solicitors, and paralegals. You will report directly to and collaborate with the Board to ensure performance targets are met, while also attending clients, taking instructions, and preparing cases.If you have a passion for private client law and substantial experience in wills and probate work, I encourage you to put your hat in the ring! • Previous experience managing a team and working to key performance indicators
• Extensive knowledge and experience of Wills and Probate work
• 5 Years+ PQE

Preferred Requirements:

• Must have a clean, valid Practicing Certificate at the time of applying
• Excellent networking and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Experience in own advocacy is an advantage
• Excellent IT Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified Lawyer with extensive Private Client Law expertise
• STEP qualified 
• A clean, valid Practicing Certificate
• Experience in managing a team in a legal environment
