Your role:

* Lead Recruitment Projects: Drive resource strategies to engage top candidates.

* Assess Talent: Conduct initial screening calls to match candidates to roles.

* Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Support candidates as they transition into new positions. Manage and update candidate databases, tracking progress effectively.

* Facilitate Interviews: Coordinate schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

What We're Looking For:

* Strong Communicators: Confident and personable, with the ability to engage, assess, and connect with candidates effectively.

* Highly Organised: Detail-oriented multitaskers who can juggle priorities.

* Experienced: A background in Sales, Recruitment, Retail, or HR is ideal.

* Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
