  • Full time - 35 hours per week
  • Hybrid working (2 days in office, 1 day onsite, 2 days at home, flexible based on needs of the service)
  • Location: Croydon. Working across 3 Boroughs, Croydon, Bromley and Sutton
  • Salary - £45,518.00

Essential requirements for our Senior Neighbourhoods Officer:

  • Driving license
  • Access to a vehicle and business use insurance
  • DBS check
  • Experience of working in social housing and a good understanding Housing Law and dealing effectively with complex tenancy management issues.

Key Skills Required

  • Customer focused and able to understand our diverse residents’ need
  • Experience of managing and supporting staff and an ability to teach and train others effectively
  • Able to work collaboratively and deliver in a fast-paced and busy environment

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our friendly Neighbourhood services team, we are looking for in a Senior Neighbourhoods Officer

  • Great people skills
  • In-depth housing knowledge to help manage our team and a small patch in delivering proactive and customer-focussed tenancy and neighbourhood services.
  • Managementskills to assist in delivering a high-quality service (including leading on cases of ASB and complex housing management)
  • Improving services and delivering an excellent housing management service to our residents in our general needs accommodation.
