Sous Chef required in Northumberland for an establishment with FREE live in accommodation. This establishment is producing top quality dishes using fresh produce. Sous Chef, salary package £37000 including FREE live in accommodation. This role will become a senior sous chef role, they are looking for a candidate at sous chef or junior sous chef wanting to step up & develop.

The role:
As a senior sous chef / Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, you will also jump on and manage one of the sections in the kitchen, prep your fridge and cook in service. This role will include all the normal Sous Chef duties

Experience:
We are looking for a Sous Chef or a junior sous chef with a fresh food background. Previous Rosette experience would be beneficial but isn't essential for this role.
