We are seeking a HR Advisor for our Education client based in Hereford to work on. permanent basis either part time or full time paying between £30,000 to £32,500 + Great benefits pro rata depending on experience.
This role allows hybrid working.
The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following -

* Schools experience
* Employee Relations cases (ER)
* Report writing
* HR Policies
* HR Casework - disciplinary, grievance, sickness, absences management, TUPE,
* CIPD Qualified
