Role - Landscape Architect

We are looking for a talented Landscape Architect for a North Yorkshire based multidisciplinary consultancy. They work on a variety of projects including masterplanning, leisure and tourism, residential, commercial, parks, greenspaces and recreational areas.

The Company
This multidisciplinary Consultancy is all about helping landowners and managers bring their ideas to life. From developing property portfolios to creating unique leisure and tourism destinations, the team works on a wide range of projects that enhance rural areas while staying in tune with the natural environment.

Their location offers great transport links with direct train services to Leeds, Bradford, and Manchester, so commuting to the big cities is easy. If you prefer driving, their office is well-connected to major roads including the A59 and A65, making it simple to get around.

Key Responsibilities

As a Landscape Architect, you'll be designing beautiful and functional landscapes for rural settings, working closely with architects, planners, and consultants to bring projects to life. You'll carry out landscape and visual impact assessments, prepare detailed designs and planning documents, and listen to clients' ideas to turn them into reality.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with a degree in Landscape Architecture, experience with design tools like AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, and a good knowledge of UK planning policies and regulations. Great communication and organisational skills are a must, and if you're a member of the Landscape Institute, that's a bonus.
