HR Business Partner - Thrive in a Fast-Paced Preston Business (Home-based with bi-monthly office visits)

Our client are searching for a driven and experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team in Preston. This exciting role will see you working remotely for most of the week, with bi-monthly visits to the Preston office, offering you the perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration.

About You:

You'll either possess a minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, or be a strong Senior HR Advisor looking for a step up into a BP role
You're a confident and strategic thinker with a proven ability to deliver impactful HR initiatives.
You have a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
You're an excellent communicator with a knack for building strong relationships at all levels.
You're proficient in HR software and systems.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and relish a challenge.

What You'll Do:

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR solutions.
Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Manage employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary processes.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure they attract and retain top talent.
Champion a positive and inclusive company culture.
Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £48,000 per annum.
