A unique and career enhancing branch manager role has recently arisen for a market leading Plumbing & Heating business. As a Branch Manager, you will be a driven and ambitious individual looking for an opportunity to effectively run your own business. Thrive on autonomy? Read on….

You are a highly motivated, results orientated, people centric branch manager and will have full autonomy over sales, purchasing, staffing and logistics. You will be able to evidence building fantastic relationships with customers, suppliers and staff and use those relationships to deliver profitable sales. The highest standards of customer service will be at the heart of all decision making, ensuring customers not only enjoy shopping at your branch, they come back time and again.

What about you?

Already an outstanding branch manager, you will need to have drive, determination, passion, persistence and a great work ethic. You will be the boss of your own branch so you will need to set and deliver the strategy for that business each year. You will be an entrepreneur who is not afraid to take calculated business risks and try new techniques or product ranges. You will already be a successful branch manager within the merchant industry and be able to evidence your success around sales, industry knowledge, people and service to our loyal customer base.
