We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher for an exciting opportunity in Erdington (B23). This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and NQTs looking to make a positive impact in a supportive and dynamic school environment.

The Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students across Key Stages 1 and 2. You will create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports all pupils' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all learners in line with the national curriculum
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth
Implement effective behaviour management strategies
Work collaboratively with colleagues and teaching assistants to support student learning
Maintain open communication with parents and carers regarding student progress and needs
Participate in school events and contribute to the broader school community

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Key Stages 1 and/or 2
Comprehensive knowledge of the national curriculum
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
A genuine passion for teaching and commitment to student achievement
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
