Site Manager Construction

• An established refurbishment and new build main contractor with a great reputation are looking for a Site Manager to help deliver a High-End Residential Refurbishment project in the heart of South West London. The project is in Chelsea and initial works are at £8 million, but may rise with additional works.
• It's a great opportunity to get in with a growing Main Contractor who have a fantastic pipeline of long-term projects for 2025 and 2026.

• The company specialises in high-end / prime residential refurbishments in London and Surrey.

Site Manager - The Role

• The successful Site manager will be based on Site in Chelsea.
• The role will be largely focused on driving the site forward day to day with a project manager supporting on the admin, programme side, you'll also have a super supportive director to help and an experienced team to support you.

Site Manager - The Requirements

• High end residential refurbishment experience £1Million + budgets
• Experiences in complex refurbishments with High End Finishes
• Good people management experience
• Excellent organisational skills
