Company Description:
A FMCG manufacturer is looking to recruit a Inventory Controller to ensure that all suppliers are reliable and consequently the product quality is to the required level.
Responsibilities as Inventory Controller:
* Manage purchasing of stock products including materials to ensure the correct product quality and best price are maintained ensuring required margin levels are achieved.
* Coordinate stock control operations.
* Develop a group database of suitable suppliers for the company to purchase from and negotiate with new and existing suppliers to ensure the best terms possible.
* Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards.
* Review suppliers to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock.
Skills & Experience required as Inventory Controller:
* Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
This position is commutable from:
* Wellingborough, Finedon, Northampton, Rushden
