Description

• Oversee the full service charge process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Lead and manage the Service Charge team, promoting high performance.
• Prepare annual service charge budgets and reconciliations.
• Develop and implement procedures for service charge management.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on service charge issues.
• Deliver training and support to staff on service charge matters.
• Contribute to the development of company policies and strategies.
• Promote and maintain excellent customer service in relation to service charges.

Profile

A successful Service Charge Manager should have:

• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Proven experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit and charities industry.
• Strong knowledge of service charge legislation and best practices.
