Role Overview

As we move to the next phase of implementing our award winning D&I strategy, we are looking for a project manager to support the D&I team, reporting directly to the Head of D&I. The successful candidate will be someone with excellent organisation and project management skill with a deep passion and interest in driving diverse and inclusive cultures.

Key Responsibilities

To include:- Own key D&I projects from start to finish working with various stakeholders across the business to ensure successful implementation and evaluation

- Support our work with the Talent Development team on providing Development opportunities for our colleagues from underrepresented groups

- Be able to present internally, to further communicate our work and strategy across the business

- Complete index reports and benchmarks where appropriate

- Organising events both in person and online, some of which will Be client facing and some of which will Be for our colleagues

- Lead on digital and AI solutions to Support the implementation of our D&I strategy

- Be able to analyse data through software such as PowerBI

- Work with our D&I groups to Support their action plans and provide advice or help where necessary

- Support the Head of D&I with the running of the employee survey, helping to put together presentation packs and divisional summaries

- Keep a record of all D&I activity and key D&I dates

- Keep our internal and external D&I website pages up to date and work with Communications team on content

- work with our inclusion allies and D&I regional reps to continue to embed D&I across our UK business

Key Skills

- Strong project management experience.- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients.- Ability to influence and gain respect from senior management.- Strong collaborator: is curious and eager to learn, builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishes trust and credibility.- Diplomatic, bringing fresh ideas and challenging the status quo with the ability to influence others.- Strong active listening skills.- Highly organised, self-motivated and reliable. Ability to work accurately, paying careful attention to detail.- Can-do attitude with ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team when necessary.- Passion and some knowledge of Diversity & Inclusion

We support the implementation of our D&I strategy across the business, ensuring we offer best practice and advice across the different divisions within Savills UK.
