This is a senior-level role that requires someone with strong conceptual design ability, hands-on technical knowledge, and natural leadership skills. Responsibilities:

Drive the creative process from concept to execution, developing original and engaging design solutions that reflect client objectives and elevate audience experiences.

Act as a strategic partner to clients—understanding their vision, identifying opportunities, and translating briefs into memorable, innovative designs.

Champion design excellence while considering practicality, timelines, budgets, and technical constraints.

Collaborate closely with production, project management, and wider teams to ensure cohesive delivery throughout all phases of a project.

Introduce and integrate new technologies, design methods, and creative approaches that enhance the company's service offering.

Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve and continues to offer cutting-edge experiences.

Work cross-functionally to streamline design workflows, improve creative processes, and maintain consistency in quality and brand expression.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, ideally within experiential, events, or spatial design.

A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of strategic thinking, conceptual development, and hands-on design execution.

Leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams, delegate effectively, and provide constructive feedback.

Excellent communication skills, both internally and when presenting ideas to clients.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualisation software.

Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial awareness and project limitations.
