This is a rare opportunity to join a long-established Publishing company based in Tewkesbury. They are focused on supplying top-notch products to major high street retailers and supermarkets and try to have some fun along the way!

What will you be doing? - Operations Administrator

* The role involves checking and processing daily customer orders

* Sales administration & sales reports

* Communicating daily with customers and warehouses

* Sometimes in this position there will be an expectation to support the accounts admin to include purchase ledger invoices, raising invoices and preparing month end reports via Excel

What are we looking for? - Operations Administrator

* Ability to deliver accurate information with attention to detail

* Good Microsoft Excel skills are essential

* Basic Accounts experience on Sage or similar platform would be beneficial

* Great communication skills

* A conscientious, positive, and enthusiastic approach
