The Role:

They are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to join their team from September 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to their KS2 pupils, ensuring each child is supported to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners in accordance with the National Curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupils' participation and enthusiasm for learning.
Assess, monitor, and record pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable targets.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the development of the curriculum.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to support pupils' well-being and academic progress.
Participate in school activities, events, and continuous professional development opportunities.About you:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching Key Stage 2.
A passion for education and a commitment to raising standards and pupil outcomes.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
A reflective practitioner who is dedicated to continuous improvement and professional development.
