Project Manager - £60K + Car Allowance - Work from home.

A Project Manager is required to run design and build projects with a value ranging from £10K to £700k. This is a chance to work for a growing business with ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years of which you will be an integral part of. A basic salary of £60K plus generous bonus and car allowance is on.

A background of being a Project Manager for a Contractor or Construction company is ideal.

You can be based anywhere in the UK but prepared to travel to sites as well as go to the head office in Birmingham. You'll be on site running projects and be tasked with having a laser sharp focus on communications, hot on documentation and able to manage site teams.

Project Managers requirements are:

Electrical Knowledge

Understanding of Cabling

Knowledge of Data Centres or Network Technology

Further duties for the Project Manager will be:

Manage numerous projects simultaneously

Work with the sales team to arrange quotations for future projects

Attend project handover meetings to confirm all project details

Purchase all equipment and manage sub-contractors
