Job Description:
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in operational management, being directly accountable for meeting the department's performance targets in safety, quality, and delivery. Your responsibilities will include production performance reporting, ensuring adherence to production plans, and implementing corrective actions when targets aren't met.

You will also be responsible for identifying risks in production processes and developing plans to mitigate these risks. Leading audits, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and promoting continuous improvement through 6S activities will also form key aspects of the role.

The Production Supervisor will contribute to the successful introduction and implementation of new products and processes, while also supporting team leaders during holidays and absences.

Skills & Experience:

* Experience in an engineering or production environment

* Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems

* Strong PC literacy and proficiency in MS Office

* Excellent organizational and communication skills

* Hands-on approach with a “can-do” attitude

* Experience in auditing, risk assessment, and root cause analysis

* Proven ability to implement corrective actions and lead continuous improvement initiatives
