Business Development Manager

Hybrid

Hours: Monday to Friday, full time - 3 days in office, 2 days working from home

Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 depending on experience plus bonus up to 5% every 6 months

My client is looking for a business development manager to join their company. You must have food industry knowledge and experience for this role.

The right candidate will be an excellent communicator and negotiator, with outstanding interpersonal skills. They will be a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans and initiatives, as well as being results-oriented, with a focus on driving sales revenue and achieving business targets.

Qualifications/Experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the FMCG industry, preferably in the food sector.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape in the branded FMCG industry.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
