Location: Southeast England
Salary: Starting from £50,000 (DOE)
Shift Pattern: 9-day rotation
Travel: Return flights provided for non-UK based staff each rotation

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

* Install, maintain, and repair LV & HV overhead electrical networks (up to 33kV)

* Carry out pole erections, conductor stringing, tensioning, and terminations

* Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe working practices on-site

* Comply with all health, safety, and quality standards

* Collaborate effectively with team members and clients

* Follow technical drawings and switching schedules accurately

✅ What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in wood pole overhead line work

* Confident working with voltages from 240V to 33kV

* Skilled in climbing, pole top rescue, and working at height

* Comfortable using live line tools and PPE

* Strong teamwork and communication skills

* Full, valid driving license

🎓 Desirable Certifications:

* DNO authorisations (wood pole operations)

* CSR, SafePass, or SHEA Power

* Manual Handling & First Aid

* MEWP/IPAF Certification

* Pole Top Rescue certification
